How we work.

Most people who get in touch aren’t sure at first whether their idea is even possible. And that’s exactly where our work begins. You don’t need a finished idea, a drawing or any measurements. A thought, a photo or simply a question – that’s more than enough. From there we look together at what it could become.

And we’re honest about it. We’ll tell you openly what works well – and just as openly when something doesn’t make sense or isn’t feasible. We’d never sell you something just to land an order. If an idea works better in a different form, we’ll say so. And if it’s not worth it, we’ll tell you that too.

Once a project is under way, we see it through from start to finish – personally, not through some faceless system. It begins with your enquiry, usually quite informal. Then we take the time to talk it through: what it’s about, what matters to you, which details count for you. We check honestly whether and how it can be done.

Before anything is made, we show you a preview so you know what to expect – and only once you’ve given your approval does it go into production. After that we take a careful look at every piece before it leaves us, and pack it carefully for delivery. Throughout, you always know exactly what’s happening. You never have to ask where your project stands – we tell you ourselves.

We don’t want to be a production line. With us, every project is its own thing, not one order among many. That’s why quality matters more to us than speed – we’d rather take an extra day than hand over something we don’t fully stand behind.

And trust matters more to us than a quick sale. For us, the finest praise isn’t a big turnover, but the moment someone opens their parcel and thinks: “That’s exactly how I pictured it.” That’s what we work towards on every single project.
