A photo of the finished piece, then it comes to you as an insured DHL parcel.

Rights & templates
So your figure stays a genuine one-of-a-kind.
It’s easiest with your own photos, your own drawings or characters you hold the rights to. For protected brands, film characters or other copyrighted motifs, we check together in advance what’s possible. That way both you and we stay on the safe side.
Close to the original – honestly.
A painted figure is genuine handwork. We get very close to your reference and give it our best, but we don’t promise an exact 1:1 copy. You see a preview in advance and, on request, a photo before it ships.
Your photos stay confidential.
We only use your photos and templates for your figure. We don’t pass anything on or publish anything without your explicit permission.

What do you need from me as a template?
One or more photos, a drawing or a sketch are enough. Several views – for example front and side – make the figure more accurate. If you’re unsure, just send what you have and we’ll take a look together.
Will the figure look exactly like my photo?
We get very close and give it our best. A painted figure is handwork, so we don’t promise an exact 1:1 copy. But you’ll see a preview in advance and, on request, a photo before the figure ships to you.
Can I have well-known comic or film characters made?
We’re happy to make your own characters. For protected brands, film characters or other copyrighted motifs, we check together in advance what’s possible – that way both you and we stay on the safe side.
What happens to my photos?
We only use your photos and templates for your figure. We don’t pass anything on or publish anything without your explicit permission.
Can I cancel the figure?
As a custom-made piece, it’s exempt from the right of withdrawal. That’s exactly why we agree everything in advance and you approve the preview before we print.
